Informativa sui rimborsi

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on our website without incurring any penalties and without having to provide any justification, by returning the purchased products. You must notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which you received the products. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at customercare@venuja.it, indicating your order number and the reason for the return in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, with all accessories and tags attached, and returned in its original packaging (dust bag).

Once we have received your request and verified that all conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation email of the acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method used (credit/debit card or PayPal), the refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw, provided you have already returned the goods or provided evidence of having shipped them. If all required conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. However, you will bear the return shipping cost, which will be equal to the shipping fee previously paid to receive the goods. If you choose to use our courier service, you will not need to pay the return cost directly; instead, we will deduct the amount from your refund. If you opt to use a different courier, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee directly.

You will be contacted if your return does not comply with the conditions stated above. In such a case, you will not be entitled to a refund and may choose to have the items sent back to you at your expense. Should you refuse the return shipment, we reserve the right to retain both the products and the amount paid for their purchase. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving the products, it is your responsibility to check for any visible damage to the packaging (e.g., wet or damaged box). In the event of any irregularities, you must immediately report them to the courier and refuse delivery. Failing to do so will forfeit your right to claim compensation in this regard. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may assess the issue and take appropriate action.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Note: Items must not have been washed, worn, soiled, or damaged. All accessories must be included, and the original tags must be attached.
