BUST

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra. Keep the tape gently fitted, never tight, and level across your back.

WAIST

Locate the narrowest point of your waist and measure while keeping the tape parallel to the floor. For a comfortable fit, slip one finger between your body and the tape.

HIPS

Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom,ensuring the tape stays straight and parallel to the floor.
